  • All campus employees have accesses and assigned Shopper role for eCatalog of items to order with UC contract prices (Requesters can directly submit requisitions instead of assigning carts to DO finance team) 
  • Multi-phased, timelines, and milestones based Professional, Consulting, or Personal services require a Statement of Work (SOW) 
  • DO NOT sign any contracts; only UC authorized SCM delegates can sign contracts
