UCPath is a UC-wide payroll system: 

  • Finance and operations use UCPath for payroll transactions: 
    • Funding Entry (FE) – funding distribution for the new employees or change in funding sources for prospective time periods 
    • Salary Cost Transfer (SCT) – update or correction of actual or historical payrolls 
  • Please reach out to DO Budget team to request UCPath funding entries 

UCSF employees can use UCPath to: 

  • View and make changes to tax withholding allowances, health and welfare benefits, and personal and contact information 
  •  View and print earnings statements and W-2s for earnings issued on or after June 1, 2020
