Accessing the Chatbot
Open chatgpt.com in your browser and log in using your UCSF email and password. Make sure you're signing into ChatGPT Enterprise—not the free public version—to access UCSF-specific GPTs. More information regarding ChatGPT Enterprise can be found here. To request access, please complete the ServiceNow form.
Once signed in, look at the left-hand sidebar of the ChatGPT interface. You'll see a link labeled GPTs—click it to open the GPT Explorer.
After clicking GPTs, you'll land on a page showing curated GPTs. Look for the section titled Popular at UCSF ChatGPT Enterprise—the SOM GPT will be listed there.
Click on the SOM Travel, Meeting & Entertainment Policy Support GPT card to open it and start chatting right away.
Click on the SOM Travel, Meeting & Entertainment Policy Support drop-down menu at the top of the page and click on Pin GPT to pin GPT for easy access on the sidebar.
