Candidates have access to records in the merit and promotion process as described below: - Candidates may, upon request, be given redacted versions of extramural and intramural letters and a copy of the department letter prior to the file going forward to the dean's office.
- After the final decision is made and reported to the department and the candidate, the following items, if applicable, may be given to the candidate, upon request, in their entirety or in their redacted form as indicated:
