UCSF United Against Racism
June 2, 2020 | By UCSF School of Medicine
UCSF has come far in uncovering and addressing structural oppression in many of our institutional structures and systems. We must continue to work to cultivate a health care workforce that sees that true justice and equity cannot happen one person at a time—it must be the result of collective evolutionary pressures and revolutionary acts.
On Tuesday, June 2, we hosted a discussion of these issues and the need to continue to fight to eliminate oppression in all social systems.
Our community shared their thoughts on social media using #UCSFUnitedAgainstRacism.
