1. Introduction of Kap Stann, Editor and Publications Manager with the Dean's Office of Communication.
2. Kap discussed "Web Writing 101", providing useful information on making your pages succinct and clear so that your users will easily find the information they are looking for.
3. The group also presented problems and questions regarding the writing on their sites. The group discussed solutions to the individual questions and problems.
