2. Presentation:
   In the first hour we'll discuss a couple of developments/tools that will be useful to you, and then you can get down to work on your own sites.
   
   Beth will discuss website metrics: how many hits a site or page is getting, what the most popular pages are, etc..
   
   In addition, we are now able to help you update web-based forms and to help you convert some of your old pen-and-paper based processes to the web. We will demonstrate and discuss this also.
