Thank you for all your work in helping us clean up the server. Together, we identified over 2000 files for deletion!

We have deleted these files on the staging server. The next step will be deleting them from production (the live site.) It is imperative that we double check that no broken links will be caused during this operation.

Important: Check your sites thoroughly on staging. Click through your sites and run Xenu over them to be sure that no broken links were created on staging. (http:\\stagemedschool.ucsf.edu) I will also run Xenu and will notify you if it appears that your site contains broken links, but please be aware that it is up to you to verify that your site is functioning correctly.

Important: We will delete the files from production on Friday, November 7. Please notify me of any problems with your sites as they exist on staging no later than Wednesday, November 5, so that broken links are not carried through to the live site.
