Marieke Kruidering, PhD is Assistant Adjunct Professor, Department of Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology. She received a Master of Science degree in Biopharmaceutical Sciences and a doctorate in Toxicology from Leiden University, the Netherlands. Before entering the field of medical education she performed cancer research at the Imperial Cancer Research Fund in London, UK and at the UCSF Cancer Center. In her current position she is responsible for curricular development as well as teaching of pharmacology in the Schools of Medicine, Pharmacy and Dentistry. In addition she is involved in the postdoctoral teaching fellowship program, mentoring post docs as small group leaders in the School of Medicine.
