Teaching Scholars Program
is
Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine. She attended
medical school at Washington University in St. Louis, and completed
her internal medicine residency training at UCSF. From 2000 through
January, 2004 she was a full-time UCSF faculty member with a clinician-educator
position at the UCSF Women's Health Center and the Division of General
Internal Medicine. In February, 2004 she transitioned to a volunteer
faculty position, practicing and teaching primary care at California
Pacific Medical Center's resident/faculty internal medicine practice.
Her main academic interest is in curriculum development and evaluation
at the residency level, with her current primary focus being development
of evaluation tools related to ACGME competency assessment.
