Anna Chang, MD (TSP 2007-2008) is an assistant professor in the division of geriatrics, department of medicine. She is a clinician-educator based at SFVAMC and medical director of the SFVAMC nursing home care unit. She is board certified in internal medicine, geriatrics, and hospice/palliative care. In addition to being CPX remediation coordinator, her other teaching activities include foundations group facilitation, VALOR (VA longitudinal rotation) facilitation, life cycles small group facilitation, CPX and mini-CPX case writing, resident and fellow clinical teaching, and coordinating medical student activities such as transitional clerkship, first year home visits, and teaching sessions at the SFVAMC nursing home on caring for the chronically and seriously ill.
