The Office of Student Affairs coordinates the application process for
the following scholarship and award opportunities:

need to request a dean's letter of support as part of your application.
Please allow a two-week turnaround time for your request. Fill out this
letter of support
request form 
and bring it to S-245 or fax it to 415-502-1320.

section on the Med Student Portal.
