OHRS mission is to serve the School of Medicine and the Office of the Dean with advice, coordination, information and defined services in the areas of payroll processing and human resources management. Our purpose is to facilitate the recruitment, employment, retention and development of a diverse and talented staff employee complement within the Dean's Office and throughout the School of Medicine. Through consultation and direct services or referral we assist and support managers and employees in all aspects of human resources management, processing and problem resolution.
