E*Value

E*Value is a A web-based application designed to provide evaluation, analysis, and reporting tools. E*Value provides automated email reminders and notifications, role-based security and report viewing privileges.

The Office of Educational Technology uses E*Value to manage evaluations for the MD curriculum including course and instructor evaluation in years 1 and 2, and course, instructor and student evaluation in years 3 and 4. School of Medicine departments use E*Value to manage residency evaluations. These services are supported directly by the departments.

  • Make sure photo presents full head from top of hair to shoulders
  • Take the photo in a plain white or off-white background
  • Avoid shadows on the face or background
  • Face in photo should have a natural expression (closed mouth)
  • Photos should not include sunglasses or hats

Access to Digital Camera:
