E*Value
E*Value is a A web-based application designed to provide evaluation, analysis, and reporting tools. E*Value provides automated email reminders and notifications, role-based security and report viewing privileges. The Office of Educational Technology uses E*Value to manage evaluations for the MD curriculum including course and instructor evaluation in years 1 and 2, and course, instructor and student evaluation in years 3 and 4. School of Medicine departments use E*Value to manage residency evaluations. These services are supported directly by the departments.
Faculty Photos in E*Value To increase the accuracy of evaluations, Course Directors have requested to have photographs of all instructors in E*Value. Students will now see an instructors photograph when completing an evaluation. Guidelines for shooting photos that can be used in eValue:
Access to Digital Camera: To borrow OET's Digital Elph camera please complete the Equipment Request Form, fill in your contact information, choose the "Digital Still Camera" and the dates that you will need it.
