Lois Barth Epstein, MD, DSc, former research physician and associate director of the UCSF Cancer Research Institute, has passed away.

Robert Painter, PhD, former professor in the Department of Microbiology and a researcher in the Laboratory of Radiobiology and Environmental Health, has passed away.
