To register, please complete the on-line reservation form and send a check for $10.00 made payable to UC Regents to the address below. Each attendee in your party will need to complete a separate on-line form and pay $10.00 to attend. There are no group discounts.

Important: Participants' enrollment will be confirmed via email once PAYMENT is received. Sorry, we do not accept cash or credit cards.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
