The Human Resources Chat Room is an opportunity for staff HR representatives and SOM supervisors and managers to meet with HR subject matter experts to discuss current initiatives and challenges. The HR Chat Room also represents a unique networking opportunity to provide input to pressing HR issues.

Learn more about the UCSF Work~Life Resource Center: Be the best resource possible for your staff

David Bell, Communications Liaison

David Bell and Joyce Hammel will discuss all services of the Work Life Resource Center, including components of the Sexual Harassment Prevention Program, the Campus Mediation Services (Problem Resolution Center) and the Supportive Work Environment. They will inform on trainings provided, the kind of quasi-ombudsperson services which address conflict resolution strategies and remedies, and the variety of presentations and workshops available. David and Joyce may also address the progress of the current Strategic Plan, the recent data from climate and employee surveys and their outcomes. They will provide resources and handouts as well as address questions and concerns from the audience.
