Weekly Educational Scholarship Conference
Weekly "brown bag" lunchtime scholarship sessions offered by the Office of Medical Education alternate between "Loving the Literature" and "Comforting Consultation."
Loving the Literature consists of a participant-led journal club presenting articles of exciting innovations and research across the continuum of medical education.
Comforting Consultation provides participants with the opportunity to develop their educational scholarship. These consultation sessions can involve brainstorming an idea, refining an abstract or grant proposal, or critiquing a manuscript.
ESCape is also a forum for sharing resources for preparing and presenting scholarly projects.
The goal is to stimulate thinking and help participants develop in their educational scholarship. Topics vary from week to week. To sign up, contact Victoria Ruddick at ruddickv@medsch.ucsf.edu
